二、單(dan)體蓄電池活化儀(yi)功能

2.1電池充電

可(ke)編(bian)程(cheng)對單(dan)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),編(bian)程(cheng)內(nei)容(rong)包括:電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)編(bian)號,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)類型選擇,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓上限(xian)設置;

充(chong)電(dian)(dian)方式(shi)(shi):自動對蓄電(dian)(dian)池按照編程(cheng)值(zhi)進行(xing)三段式(shi)(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian):恒(heng)流—恒(heng)壓—浮充(chong);

當滿足充(chong)電時(shi)間或是(shi)充(chong)電完成都會停止充(chong)電,顯示(shi)充(chong)電完畢。

恒流(liu)充(chong)電時(shi),電流(liu)以I10進行充(chong)電,當電壓(ya)超過限壓(ya)時(shi)轉化為恒壓(ya)充(chong)電,當電流(liu)小于(yu)0.1I10時(shi)轉化為浮充(chong),曲線圖如下圖所示:

可編程對單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池進(jin)行(xing)活化(hua),編程內容包括:電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池編號,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池類型選(xuan)擇(ze),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)限壓(ya)(上限),放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)限壓(ya)(下(xia)限),充(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)(huan)次數,每個循(xun)(xun)環(huan)(huan)的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,脈沖修復選(xuan)擇(ze);
