本設備(bei)可以在線或者(zhe)離線使用,同時兼容2V,6V,12V電池。

功能

2.1電池充電
可(ke)編(bian)程對單體電池進行(xing)充(chong)電,編(bian)程內容包括:電池編(bian)號,電池類型選(xuan)擇,充(chong)電電流,充(chong)電時間,電池電壓上限(xian)設置;

充(chong)電方式:自動對蓄電池按照編程值進行三(san)段式充(chong)電:恒(heng)流—恒(heng)壓—浮充(chong);

當滿(man)足充(chong)電(dian)時間(jian)或是充(chong)電(dian)完成(cheng)都會停止充(chong)電(dian),顯示充(chong)電(dian)完畢。

恒流充電(dian)時,電(dian)流以(yi)I10進(jin)行充電(dian),當(dang)電(dian)壓超過限壓時轉化(hua)為恒壓充電(dian),當(dang)電(dian)流小(xiao)于0.1I10時轉化(hua)為浮(fu)充,曲(qu)線圖如下圖所示:

2.2電池放電
蓄電池活化儀可編程充電、放電循環可編(bian)程對單體電(dian)池(chi)放電(dian),編(bian)程內容包括:電(dian)池(chi)編(bian)號(hao),電(dian)池(chi)類型選擇(ze),放電(dian)電(dian)流,放電(dian)時間,電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓下限設置;

放(fang)電(dian)方式(shi):恒流放(fang)電(dian),低(di)于限壓(ya)或(huo)是放(fang)電(dian)時(shi)間到時(shi)停止放(fang)電(dian),顯示放(fang)電(dian)完畢(bi);

實(shi)時顯示放電動態過程信息;

溫度檢測,超出設(she)定值(zhi)自動啟動風扇進行散熱(re);

2.3電池活化
可(ke)編(bian)程(cheng)對單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行活化,編(bian)程(cheng)內容包括:電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)編(bian)號,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)類(lei)型選擇,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)限壓(上(shang)限),放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)限壓(下限),充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)次數,每個循(xun)環(huan)(huan)的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時間,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時間,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,脈沖修復選擇;
