一、現場測試型三相電能表校驗儀功能特點

1、儀(yi)器是集電能(neng)表校(xiao)驗、電參(can)量測(ce)試和檢測(ce)電網(wang)中發(fa)生波形畸變、電壓(ya)波動(dong)和三相不平衡等電能(neng)質量問題為一體的高精度測(ce)試儀(yi)器。

在進行電能表(biao)校驗時(shi),需(xu)要(yao)獲(huo)(huo)取被測(ce)(ce)電能表(biao)的(de)電能脈沖信號(hao)(hao)。有3種(zhong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)可以獲(huo)(huo)得此信號(hao)(hao):光電采(cai)樣器、手動(dong)開(kai)關、專用脈沖測(ce)(ce)試線;針對(dui)不同(tong)種(zhong)類(lei)的(de)電能表(biao),可以通過不同(tong)的(de)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)來(lai)進行測(ce)(ce)試。下面給出幾種(zhong)常(chang)用的(de)電能表(biao)電能脈沖的(de)獲(huo)(huo)取方(fang)式(shi)(shi)。


(1)、對于(yu)機械式電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表,三相電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表校(xiao)驗儀可以(yi)通過光(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)采(cai)樣(yang)器(qi)進行脈(mo)沖的自動獲取;將光(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)采(cai)樣(yang)器(qi)設定為發(fa)光(guang)(guang)狀(zhuang)態(通過按下光(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)采(cai)樣(yang)器(qi)線(xian)中部方盒上的紅色按鈕來切換(huan)),將三個發(fa)光(guang)(guang)二極管所發(fa)出(chu)的光(guang)(guang)束對準被校(xiao)表的鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)中央(yang),適當(dang)調整光(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)采(cai)樣(yang)器(qi)相對于(yu)表盤(pan)(pan)的位(wei)置,同時(shi)根(gen)據對黑(hei)斑(ban)的敏(min)感程(cheng)度調節光(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)采(cai)樣(yang)器(qi)線(xian)中部方盒中央(yang)的旋鈕以(yi)改變(bian)采(cai)樣(yang)敏(min)感度,防止誤采(cai)和漏(lou)采(cai),最終達(da)到(dao)正(zheng)常(chang)采(cai)樣(yang)的狀(zhuang)態。


(2)、對于機械式(shi)電(dian)能表(biao),也(ye)可以通(tong)過(guo)手(shou)(shou)動(dong)開(kai)關(guan)進(jin)行脈沖(chong)的(de)(de)人(ren)工獲取;操作人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)手(shou)(shou)握手(shou)(shou)動(dong)開(kai)關(guan),拇(mu)指(zhi)輕(qing)放在手(shou)(shou)動(dong)開(kai)關(guan)按(an)鈕(niu)(niu)上(shang),目(mu)視鋁盤(pan)(pan),當(dang)(dang)鋁盤(pan)(pan)上(shang)的(de)(de)黑斑(ban)轉(zhuan)動(dong)到(dao)電(dian)表(biao)正面的(de)(de)中央刻(ke)度(du)時(shi)(shi),迅速按(an)一下(xia)按(an)鈕(niu)(niu),此時(shi)(shi),儀器(qi)記錄下(xia)校(xiao)驗周(zhou)期的(de)(de)起(qi)始位(wei)置,操作人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)連(lian)續觀察鋁盤(pan)(pan)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)動(dong),當(dang)(dang)黑斑(ban)到(dao)來的(de)(de)次數達到(dao)設定的(de)(de)校(xiao)驗圈數時(shi)(shi),再次迅速按(an)下(xia)按(an)鈕(niu)(niu),完成(cheng)(cheng)校(xiao)驗,儀器(qi)會自動(dong)計(ji)算出電(dian)表(biao)誤(wu)差。由于有人(ren)為因素參與到(dao)脈沖(chong)的(de)(de)取樣,會造成(cheng)(cheng)誤(wu)差的(de)(de)不穩定度(du),可適當(dang)(dang)增加設定的(de)(de)校(xiao)驗圈數來消除。
