一、用途及特點

3.1原理說明

儀(yi)器(qi)分為主(zhu)回(hui)(hui)路和輔回(hui)(hui)路兩個(ge)回(hui)(hui)路,主(zhu)回(hui)(hui)路采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)大旋鈕(niu)調(diao)(diao)節(jie),輔回(hui)(hui)路采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)小旋鈕(niu)調(diao)(diao)節(jie),主(zhu)回(hui)(hui)路通過面(mian)板上(shang)“輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)選擇”按鍵開關控(kong)制其輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)的各(ge)種量(liang)(liang),并且每切換一種輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)的同時,儀(yi)器(qi)上(shang)的數字電(dian)壓/電(dian)流表(biao)可自動(dong)監視其輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)值。輔回(hui)(hui)路通過輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)開關控(kong)制直接調(diao)(diao)節(jie)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu),測量(liang)(liang)可外附萬用(yong)(yong)表(biao)測量(liang)(liang)。

3.1.1主回路原(yuan)理

輸(shu)(shu)入的AC220V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源經(jing)保險通過輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)控制繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)K1進入雙碳刷調壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)T1輸(shu)(shu)入端,通過T1大旋鈕調節的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量進入隔(ge)離變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)T2(兼職升流器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)),升流器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)分三個(ge)(ge)抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu),一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)為(wei)AC0-250V輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu),額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)3A;該(gai)(gai)抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓經(jing)整流濾波后可(ke)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)0-350V直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓;第二個(ge)(ge)抽(chou)(chou)為(wei)15V(10A),該(gai)(gai)抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)路經(jing)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)控制輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)0-10A交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,一(yi)(yi)(yi)路經(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)0-500mA交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,一(yi)(yi)(yi)路經(jing)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)轉(zhuan)換可(ke)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)0-10A或0-500mA直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流;第二個(ge)(ge)抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)為(wei)10V(100A)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流端,該(gai)(gai)抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)穿過傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次側直(zhi)接(jie)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)100A電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,該(gai)(gai)回路帶負(fu)載能力較強,但輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)稍有過載,不能長時間處于大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流狀(zhuang)態下。

3.1.2輔回路

與(yu)主回路一樣,AC220V電源經(jing)保險(xian)進入雙碳刷(shua)調(diao)壓(ya)器T1小旋鈕調(diao)節的(de)電壓(ya)量,通過隔離變壓(ya)器T4可直(zhi)(zhi)接調(diao)節輸(shu)出(chu)0-20V或0-250V交流(liu)電壓(ya)或0-350V直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電壓(ya),此回路額定電流(liu)為1A。按下輔回路“輸(shu)出(chu)控制(zhi)”開(kai)關,調(diao)節小旋鈕即可輸(shu)出(chu)。

3.1.3測量回路

    由大旋鈕調節的主回路(lu)輸出量交流“0-250V”、“0-500mA”、“0-10A”、“0-100A”,直流“0-350V”、“0-500mA”、“0-10A”通過設備內(nei)線(xian)路(lu)板上繼電器轉換,每切換一個檔(dang),便(bian)函可監(jian)視所對應的輸出量。其中(zhong)“0-500mA”檔(dang)包括在“0-10A”檔(dang)中(zhong)。使用時(shi),在“0-10A”兩(liang)下即是(shi)“0-500mA”監(jian)視。

3.1.4時間測量

    設備(bei)內置(zhi)6位數顯秒(miao)(miao)表(biao),電秒(miao)(miao)表(biao)可內部啟(qi)(qi)動,也可外部啟(qi)(qi)動。內部啟(qi)(qi)動時,按下“輸出控制”開關(guan),即可啟(qi)(qi)動秒(miao)(miao)表(biao),通過(guo)接點短接設備(bei)面(mian)板上停表(biao)端子(zi)即可停止秒(miao)(miao)表(biao)。秒(miao)(miao)表(biao)單獨設有(you)電源開關(guan),不用時可將秒(miao)(miao)表(biao)關(guan)掉。

3.1.5聲光提示

    電路設備內置聲(sheng)光提(ti)示電路,在被(bei)測斷電器接點(dian)動(dong)作時,可將接點(dian)接入試驗箱聲(sheng)光提(ti)示插孔(kong),試驗箱內發(fa)出報警聲(sheng)或發(fa)光,提(ti)示斷電器接點(dian)動(dong)作情況(kuang)。

四、使用方法

4.1使用前(qian)的(de)檢(jian)查或準備

   儀器使用前(qian)應(ying)*行外觀檢查(cha),并(bing)將三芯電源線接地端(duan)可靠接地,然后儀器試通電,此時兩表(biao)頭應(ying)為亮態,試開(kai)(kai)秒表(biao)電源開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan),秒表(biao)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)應(ying)正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)。用手觸按“輸出選擇”按鈕開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan),輸出狀態狀態指示燈應(ying)自左向(xiang)右選擇正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)。

4.2主(zhu)回(hui)路(lu)電壓(ya)輸出(chu)操作

   將輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態選擇在(zai)(zai)“AC0-250V”檔,按下試驗箱右下角主回路“輸(shu)出控制開關(guan)”,緩慢(man)調(diao)(diao)節調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器大旋(xuan)鈕,此(ci)時電壓(ya)/電流(liu)表(biao)應有“0-250V”交流(liu)電壓(ya)顯示。要(yao)輸(shu)出“DC0-350V”,將輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態選擇在(zai)(zai)“DC0-350V”檔,調(diao)(diao)節方法同上。

4.3主回路電流輸出操作

   將輸(shu)出狀態選(xuan)擇在“AC0-10A”檔(dang),按下主回(hui)路“輸(shu)出控制(zhi)開關”緩慢調(diao)節壓器大旋鈕,此時,電壓/電流(liu)表(biao)應(ying)有“0-10A”電流(liu)顯示,其他電流(liu)調(diao)節類同此方法(fa)。

4.4輔回路(lu)輸出操作(zuo)

   按(an)下(xia)輔回路(lu)“輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)控制”開關,緩(huan)慢(man)調節小旋鈕,在輔回路(lu)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)子上即有(you)AC“0-20V”、“0-250V”、DC“0-350V”輸(shu)(shu)出(chu),此(ci)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)不(bu)在電(dian)壓/電(dian)流表監視。

4.5使用方法舉例

4.5.1電壓繼電器吸合及釋放(fang)試驗

   先將儀(yi)器(qi)(qi)處于準備狀(zhuang)態,被(bei)(bei)試(shi)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)線圈(quan)接至對(dui)應電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出端(duan)子上,按(an)下(xia)“輸(shu)出控制(zhi)”開關(guan),緩(huan)慢調(diao)節大旋鈕,使輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)平穩上升,至繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)吸合時,記(ji)錄(lu)吸合電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),再反方向調(diao)節大旋鈕,至繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)釋(shi)放(fang),記(ji)錄(lu)下(xia)釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),據此可(ke)算出被(bei)(bei)試(shi)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)返回系數(shu)。如(ru)被(bei)(bei)試(shi)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)為過電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi),則反方向進行。

4.5.2電流繼電器整定值試驗(yan)

   將被試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)從(cong)線路上解除,接至本儀器(qi)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)輸(shu)(shu)出端子上,選(xuan)擇合適的(de)輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)檔,比(bi)如“0-10A”或“0-100A”檔,按下“輸(shu)(shu)出控制”開關,緩慢調節(jie)大旋鈕至繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)動(dong)作(zuo),觀(guan)察電(dian)(dian)壓/電(dian)(dian)流(liu)表數(shu)值,判斷(duan)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)動(dong)作(zuo)情況。

4.5.3時間繼電器延(yan)時時間的(de)測定

   將(jiang)被(bei)(bei)試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)接至(zhi)輸出(chu)端(duan)(duan)子上(根據繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)要求(qiu)確(que)定(ding)工作(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為交流或直流),調至(zhi)額(e)定(ding)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)值,停(ting)電(dian)(dian)復原(yuan)。秒表(biao)(biao)此時(shi)(shi)應接通電(dian)(dian)源并清零(ling),被(bei)(bei)試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)延時(shi)(shi)動(dong)合(he)觸點接至(zhi)停(ting)表(biao)(biao)端(duan)(duan)上,按下“輸出(chu)控制”開(kai)關,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)線(xian)圈得到額(e)定(ding)工作(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),并同時(shi)(shi)啟(qi)動(dong)秒表(biao)(biao),待延時(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)間過(guo)后,秒表(biao)(biao)計數(shu)停(ting)止,此時(shi)(shi)秒表(biao)(biao)所示數(shu)字(zi)即為該時(shi)(shi)間繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的延時(shi)(shi)閉合(he)時(shi)(shi)間,若(ruo)要測延時(shi)(shi)釋(shi)放(fang)時(shi)(shi)則原(yuan)理同前,實際接線(xian)反之。

4.5.4中間繼電器試驗(帶保持(chi)線圈(quan))

   確定被試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器為何(he)種(zhong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)形式(shi)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)),何(he)種(zhong)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)(chi)(chi)形式(shi)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)(chi)(chi))。以(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)(chi)(chi)為例(直流(liu)(liu)(liu)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器),選擇(ze)好(hao)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)檔(dang)(0-500mA或(huo)0-10A),按(an)下“輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)控制”開關,緩慢調(diao)(diao)節大旋鈕至繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo),記(ji)下動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu),再(zai)把輔回路輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)接至繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器保(bao)(bao)持(chi)(chi)(chi)線(xian)圈端,緩慢調(diao)(diao)節小旋鈕至繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器額定值,記(ji)下保(bao)(bao)持(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)值,根據動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)或(huo)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)(chi)(chi)情況(kuang),判定繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的好(hao)壞(huai)。

   總之,只要掌握了(le)本儀器各種輸出量和(he)測(ce)量儀表的轉(zhuan)換關系,可根(gen)據被試繼(ji)電(dian)器具體情況,舉一(yi)反三(san),靈活運用,在此不一(yi)一(yi)例舉。

五、注意事項

5.1通電前,各輸出(chu)端子(zi)不應(ying)接有負載(zai),調壓(ya)器復(fu)零位,“輸出(chu)控制”開(kai)關(guan)應(ying)在關(guan)斷位置。

5.2電(dian)壓輸出(chu)端子不可(ke)帶低阻負載,以免過流導致(zhi)發熱(re)。

5.3輔(fu)回(hui)路和(he)主回(hui)路每次只能(neng)輸出其(qi)中的一種量。

5.4輔回(hui)路和主回(hui)路同(tong)時輸出時,應選擇主回(hui)路輸出電(dian)流。

5.5貯(zhu)存、運輸使用(yong)過程(cheng)中,應注意(yi)防(fang)震、防(fang)潮、避(bi)免(mian)劇(ju)烈(lie)沖(chong)擊(ji)和(he)跌落損傷(shang)。
